  2. 答:我们的产品由台湾科技大学研发,获得无数国际大奖,且在各大中西药房均有出售。质量绝对有保障。
  3. 酵素与果醋的差别在哪里?
  4. 答:酵素与果醋的共同点在於它们都是发酵食品。果醋在酿造过程中加入了基本的食用醋,所产生的醋酸菌会将酒精氧化成醋酸。一般醋酸的酸度落在PH(酸碱值)2.0-3.0左右,当酸度达到这些数字时,必须以杀菌工程将醋酸菌杀灭,不然酸度可能会变得越来越酸。因此,果醋中并没有活性菌的存在。而酵素在糖化后则进行不同程度的发酵工作,可能利用益菌种(或酵母),让益菌在发酵过程中,分泌不同程度的酵素含量,所以好的酵素中拥有高活性菌。
  5. 如何付款及收货?
  6. 答:我们目前暂时只接受Paypal或Bank Transfer。Paypal支持Master和Visa的Debit或Credit Card。想直接银行转账,也可以Online Bank Transfer到我们的银行账户,付款后需要email我们您的交易凭证和您的订单号。我们是以TSL Distribution Sdn Bhd收款,请勿随意付款于其他账户。网上购买必须通过网站下订单付款,任何其他方式本站概不负责。
  7. 交换和退款政策?
    1. 退货政策
      ●要符合退货条件,退货申请应在收到商品后7天内提出,否则不可接受。
      ●商品必须未磨损
      ●返回的物品必须处于原始状态,包括标签和任何包装。
      如何退货
      您必须事先通知我们通过电子邮件返回/交换。
      清楚说明您要退货的原因以及您退回这些商品的原因。

    1. Will you guarantee the quality of your products?
    A: Our products are developed by Taiwan University of Science and Technology, won numerous international awards, and in the major Chinese and Western pharmacies are sold. Quality is guaranteed.

    2. What is the difference between enzymes and vinegar?
    A: enzymes and fruit vinegar in common is that they are fermented food. Vinegar in the brewing process by adding the basic edible vinegar, the acetic acid bacteria will produce alcohol oxidation of acetic acid. Acidity of the general acidity PH (pH) of 2.0-3.0 or so, when the acidity to reach these figures, you must kill bacteria to acetic acid bacteria, or acidity may become more and more acid. Therefore, there is no active bacteria in the presence of vinegar. The enzyme in the saccharification after different degrees of fermentation, may use beneficial species (or yeast), so that bacteria in the fermentation process, the secretion of different levels of enzyme content, so the enzyme has a high activity of bacteria.

    3. How to pay and receive goods?
    A: We currently only accept Paypal or Bank Transfer for the time being. Paypal supports Master and Visa Debit or Credit Card. For direct bank transfer, you can also Online Bank Transfer to our bank account, after payment you need to email your transaction documents and your order number. We accept payment from TSL Distribution Sdn Bhd. Please do not disburse payment to other accounts. Online purchase must be placed through the site to pay the order, the site is not responsible for any other way.

    4. Exchange & Refund Policy?

    Return Policy

    ● To qualify for a return, the return request should be made within 7 days of receiving the item, otherwise it is not acceptable.
    ● Merchandise must be unworn
    ● Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging.

    How to Return
    You must inform us beforehand about the return/exchange via E-mail.
    State clearly what you are returning and the reasons why you are returning these items.

    Damage, Defective Item(s)
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Center within 7 days of receipt.
    We will assist you to get exchange with new item and related extra cost (returning + reshipping fee) will be in responsible by us.
    However, if you request to get a different option (size or color) other than what you first ordered, then, it will be considered as exchange due to change of mind so shipping cost will be in responsible by you instead.

    Your order will be handled under following procedure:
    ①You will be asked to send photos of the damaged or defective item through e-mail.
    ②Return the damaged or defective item then send us the photo of return shipment receipt.
    ③Return cost will be refunded in store credit or the payment method you used for the order as return item arrives.
    ④Reship the new item and new tracking number will be sent to you through email.

    Exchanges
    we do not accept exchanges after the delivery.
    To exchange item before delivery, please contact CS center via email.
